- Hotel Bookings

- Visa Services
- Visa fees, embassy fees, consular fees, and Aerosynk service charges are non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted.
- Aerosynk does not guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for visa rejection, processing delays, or decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities.
- Holiday Packages
- Cancellation charges for holiday packages depend on supplier terms and the time of cancellation prior to departure.
- Partial refunds or no refunds may apply for last-minute cancellations or unused services.
- Any non-refundable components included in the package will not be refunded.
- Travel Insurance
